BELGRAVIA APARTMENT

This  project involved the alteration and refurbishment of a long 145 square meter apartment on the first floor of a former Georgian town house.  The building & interiors works included restoring surviving detailing, removal of all modern partitions and interventions and full services replacement.  Working closely with our long established client, the architectural and finishes work sought to reinstate and enhance the existing light filled tall spaces while sensitively integrating modern amenity requirements.   Within a well loved home, a calm, simple yet equally sophisticated setting has been created for the long cherished collection of books, art, furniture pieces and sculpture.
