This light filled duplex with stunning views over west London occupies the top floor of a well known early Foster’s apartment complex. Currently under construction, all linings and partitions have been removed to its concrete shell throughout to create a striking contemporary top floor open plan reception level with feature stair and large frameless roof light over. The lower floor’s bedrooms and bathrooms have been reconfigured and the floor’s doors made full height, which all combine to provide light, openness and more efficient use of space. The apartment’s interiors are a simple modernist palette of limed oak floors, white walls and veneered panelling punctuated by monochromatic ceramic tiling, furniture pieces and curtain colours.
